Private & Duet
These sessions are available to those who would like the benefit of 1 to 1 instruction and are suitable for everybody. Think of these sessions as Pilates personal training - whether you have injuries and need to work in a safer environment than a busy class or whether you wish to be worked harder and have all of the instructors attention on you. You will work on all of the Pilates apparatus and mat.
These sessions are available to those who like a more independent workout and are happy to share session with up to 3 other people. You will still work towards your individual goals and work at your own pace under the supervision of your instructor. These sessions can be booked at anytime so you are not restricted to the same time every week. You will work on all of the Pilates apparatus and mat.
Mum and Baby
This class is designed to help you to gently regain your core strength after childbirth. We focus on strengthening and building flexibility in a relaxing and calming environment. Babies are an integral part of the workout so its a good chance to spend some time with your baby and to meet other new mums. This class is kept to a maximum of 6.
