Private & Duet

These sessions are available to those who would like the benefit of 1 to 1 instruction and are suitable for everybody. Think of these sessions as Pilates personal training - whether you have injuries and need to work in a safer environment than a busy class or whether you wish to be worked harder and have all of the instructors attention on you. You will work on all of the Pilates apparatus and mat.



Everybdoy Pilates uses Gratz equipment which was designed by Joseph Pilates as part of the Pilates system.  The equipment is suitable for all levels and all equipment classes are kept to a maximum of 4.  The classes to choose from are: Reformer; Tower and Chairs and Barrels.



A group class with a maximum of 10 people. You will receive instruction on the mat and small equipment. Classes are available from beginner level through to advanced.


Studio Sessions

These sessions are available to those who like a more independent workout and are happy to share session with up to 3 other people. You will still work towards your individual goals and work at your own pace under the supervision of your instructor. These sessions can be booked at anytime so you are not restricted to the same time every week. You will work on all of the Pilates apparatus and mat.


Mum and Baby

This class is designed to help you to gently regain your core strength after childbirth.  We focus on strengthening and building flexibility in a relaxing and calming environment.  Babies are an integral part of the workout so its a good chance to spend some time with your baby and to meet other new mums.  This class is kept to a maximum of 6.


Runners Workshops

A workshop specifically designed for Runners - suitable for all abilities from Beginners to those regularly running long distances.  This 90 min class looks at how Pilates can help strengthen the core to help your running technique, speed recovery and can help keep injury away.


Sunday Morning Breakfast Club

Rise and shine, Join the Breakfast club - Once a month we have a Sunday Morning Breakfast Club.  Its a chance to have 90 mins of Pilates fun - A full Mat workout with time to explore exercises around the system, followed by a healthy breakfast and chat.


Lunchtime Blitz

Avoid the Afternoon Energy Dip.
Save all of those important tasks that you need to concentrate on for a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon post blitz buzz!
